Lillie Van Den Berg

I am a BACP registered integrative therapist, providing a warm and non-judgemental space for your to explore whatever it is that is troubling you.

My training in integrative psychotherapy and counselling has been informed by humanistic, existential, psychodynamic and body psychotherapy and my approach is deeply relational. This means our work will be guided by what's right for you, allowing you to explore the entirety of your multi-faceted self, in a safe and welcoming environment.

I take an interest in my clients past and present, and aim to support you to better understanding yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.

Areas of Interest

I work with adults from all backgrounds and with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, chronic illness and relationship difficulties. I have a particular interest in identity and the ways our relationships, family, culture, gender, race, sexuality, neurodivergence, work and wider social environment can shape our sense of ourselves.
