Expert practitioners passionate about mind–body health

In the heart of Shoreditch on Redchurch Street, Hara House is a calm and welcoming space dedicated to mind–body health. We are a collective of highly trained practitioners who share a commitment to supporting the whole person with care, depth and expertise.

Our practitioners work with a wide range of needs, from emotional wellbeing to physical health, and each brings their own areas of interest and specialist knowledge. This means the care you receive is not only professional and effective but also personal and tailored to you.

Created by psychotherapists Stephanie and Cathy, two friends who trained together and wanted to create a space that felt warm, calming and supportive. We are interested in the ways emotional experiences can shape the body, and how working with the body can bring about change in the mind. By bringing different disciplines together under one roof, we offer the possibility of deeper, more connected care.

The space itself is part of our ethos. Too often, therapy and treatment rooms are treated as an afterthought. At Hara House, every detail has been considered, from natural light to calming finishes, to create an environment that feels restorative for both clients and practitioners.

Hara House is more than a clinic. It is a place to pause, step away from the pace of the city and focus on yourself.

You can explore our practitioner directory to learn more about the people who make up our community, their backgrounds, training and approach. If you are not sure who might be the right fit, simply email us at hello@harahouse.com and we will be glad to help match you with someone supportive of your needs.
