Leila Katalnykova
Therapist
I am a BACP-registered depth‑oriented integrative therapist. I support individuals in moving through psychological challenges into a deeper relationship with themselves, others, and existence.
Using a psychodynamic, Jungian, and somatic lens, I provide the relational space needed to weave fragmented states and insights into a coherent, lived experience. Together, we will listen deeply to what is true for you, allowing things to shift and transform. We will follow the thread of your symptoms and difficulties back to their origins — and further to what they lead towards. Because the question is not only 'why?', but 'what for?'.
A strong container of the therapeutic relationship is what allows us to safely go deep into the muck and the light within. It is where I hold you and the process with deep attunement, fierce compassion, honesty, and humour.
Areas of Interest
I specialise in developmental/attachment trauma, intimacy and relationships, existential concerns, grief and loss, growth and individuation, and psychedelic integration.
