Stephanie Queen
Therapist
I’m a BACP-registered psychotherapist with an MA in Psychotherapy & Counselling. I explore the patterns that keep you stuck and help you build a more compassionate, steady relationship with yourself.
I believe therapy is not just about easing difficulties, but also about opening up space for growth, clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Alongside my private practice, I founded Hara House to bring together practitioners who share a belief in the deep connection between mind and body.
Areas of interest
I often work with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or critical of themselves. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent clients, and in exploring how the ways we relate to ourselves — our inner voice, expectations, and pressures — shape the way we experience the world.
