Mya Rose
Therapist
I am a BACP Integrative Counsellor & Clinical Hypnotherapist supporting LGBTQIA+, POC and neurodivergent adults with anxiety, burnout, identity and self-worth.
I work with individuals who appear to function well but secretly struggle with anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, or recurring patterns. Many of my clients are people of colour, men, or LGBTQIA+ who may feel overlooked in traditional therapy. My integrative approach uses existential, psychodynamic, and solution-focused methods to help you understand your experiences and identify meaningful change. I offer a warm, supportive space to explore topics like anxiety, ADHD, identity, and relationships. Additionally, I provide Clinical Hypnotherapy, combining solution-focused techniques with guided trance to calm the nervous system. I aim to create a space that is affirming and welcoming, so you don't need to justify who you are…we begin from a place of understanding.
Areas of interest:
Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, burnout, perfectionism, identity, LGBTQIA+ experiences, race and culture, self-worth, relationships and change.
