Tilda Ruck
Acupuncturist
I am a Five Element acupuncturist, using the wisdom of ancient medicine to help people
back to a place of deeper connection, vitality and balance.
Through the lens of five element acupuncture and classical Chinese medicine, my work
draws on careful observation, diagnostic insight and the precise use of acupuncture points
to address the deeper patterns of imbalance that may be giving rise to a person’s symptoms.
At the heart of this approach is the principle that no two people are the same, and
treatment should reflect that. By listening closely to what the body is communicating, each
session is uniquely tailored to the individual, with the aim of restoring health from the root
up. Working holistically and with the understanding that health exists across body, mind and
spirit, my treatments are aimed at building a deeper picture of wellbeing - easing symptoms while helping you feel more fully yourself.
Areas of Interest
Bridging classical healing with modern life, my work aims to support individuals moving
through the complexity of contemporary experience. Be it fatigue, hormonal imbalances,
chronic pain or stress - my practice respects that the symptom that gets you through the
door is rarely the only issue going on.
For this reason I work with people at all stages of health - from complex symptom relief to
those just simply wanting to feel more in tune. I am particularly interested in the power of
acupuncture in supporting with autoimmune conditions, nervous system health and mental
wellbeing - supporting people whose experiences don’t always fit into clear diagnoses.
